Helix is major software cloud hosted and open protocol. It collects data both from equipment at our clients’ premises and from external sources, such as weather data, to advance our facilities management services. This distributed intelligence solution provides detailed information for a rapid response to identified problems.

The platform has been built for multi-site food retail environments, logistics and large space environments with interrogation of multiple telemetry points to reduce the cost of maintenance, energy, and transparency of work orders.

Linking to any CAFM system, it reduces van rolls, cost, and carbon. It has the capabilities for alerting, alarming, benchmarking, creating bespoke predictive rules, condition-based monitoring rules and machine learning algorithms​ on a micro or macro level.
 
Its Graphical User Interface (GUI) can show large estates covering thousands of sites simultaneously and can drive down to singular site detail. The user interface includes the ability to export datasets and directly compare telemetry data versus telemetry on a site by site basis providing localised knowledge and contrast results for engineering benefits.
