At our 2026 Leadership Event, we took time to recognise colleagues and teams who have delivered exceptional results and lived our values through the first-ever Arcus Excellence Awards.
Hosted by Chief Commercial Officer, Theresa Bell, and Chief Operating Officer, Mike Bentman, the evening brought colleagues together to celebrate the people behind our delivery. Not everyone could attend, so a number of awards were accepted by senior leaders on behalf of their teams, reflecting the wider contribution across the business.
Choosing the winners was not easy – the standard across Arcus is high, and these awards were a way to pause, recognise and say ‘thank you’ to those who have made a real difference over the past year. Winners received a trophy along with additional prizes in recognition of their contribution.

The evening reflected what being people driven means in practice. Expert delivery comes from people who care, and that was clear in every story shared.
The Arcus Excellence Awards will now become an annual event. We look forward to recognising more colleagues in the years ahead.
