Our multi-skilled workforce allows for a wide range of diverse jobs to be undertaken on a single visit, limiting the need for multiple contractors. This also reduces the number of van rolls needed, driving down our carbon footprint. We offer nationwide coverage for all building fabric issues and can respond in short time frames to emergency or health and safety related issues.
 
Our technicians operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the UK. Our team has a range of capabilities including flooring, fire doors, ceiling tiles, painting, locks, roof repairs, car park bollards, pest proofing and related planned preventive maintenance regimes.
 
Safety is our number one priority. Compliance is also high on our agenda and getting all of our people home safely is a must. This is achieved through rigorous health and safety training both in-house and through accredited national providers.

Arcus implements an agile business model, providing innovative ideas to our clients’ problems and to deliver these solutions in a concise and cost-effective way, utilising our in-house projects and training teams.
 
We are able to manage the full FM range of services for our clients, including a 24-hour Helpdesk, out of hours support and the ability to respond to major incidents.
 
Over the years we have moved our Building Fabric operation into new areas such as fire extinguisher maintenance, hearing loops, evac chairs as well as EML testing/lamp changing. We are always ready support our clients by extending our skill range to meet their requirements.
 
Our regional facilities services represent a broad spectrum of FM fabric technicians with skills to solve the vast majority of building related problems on their first visit. All of our people are directly employed and trained by Arcus to ensure we maximise our in-house delivery.
