We are a full services facilities management provider, working to support businesses in providing a safe and secure workplace environment. We introduced our shutters, gates and auto-door team to support existing customers with their ever-changing needs and maintain the protection of their estates.

Originally, we offered this service by acting as a managing agent however, in 2019, we hired our first engineer in Scotland, to offer commercial shutters, gates and auto-door maintenance.
Our engineers are highly trained specialist who not only install and maintain your shutters, gates and auto-doors but as part of our PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), our engineers also look after your signage and lighting and all reactive work for your shutters to provide you with a full-service experience that saves you time and money.
Since 2019, we have expanded our team across the UK and now we self-deliver 95% of our commercial shutters, gates and auto-door installations and maintenance.
With a 76% first fix time rate, we are proud to put our focus on customer service to provide our customers with improved uptime and reliability whilst reducing costs with quality PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and offering reliability across estates.

At Arcus, we are committed to ensuring our engineers are ready to support our customers with their ever expanding and changing needs and have access to frequent training opportunities at our state-of-the-art National Training Centre in Stevenage.
