Arcus Connect is a digital platform that gives you a clear, real-time view of service delivery across your estate.

It has been developed to replace paper-based processes with a more consistent and reliable way of tracking activity, monitoring performance and evidencing delivery. By bringing everything into one place, it helps you understand what is happening on the ground and where attention is needed.

Managing services across multiple sites brings a level of complexity that is difficult to manage without clear, accurate information. When visibility is limited, it becomes harder to identify issues early, maintain consistent standards and demonstrate that work has been completed as expected.

Many traditional approaches rely on manual reporting, which can be time consuming and often only provides a retrospective view. This creates gaps in understanding and adds pressure on both site teams and managers.

Arcus Connect addresses this by providing a live, reliable view of activity across every site, helping teams stay in control of delivery as it happens.

Arcus Connect brings together task management, activity tracking and performance reporting in a single platform. Teams use mobile devices to log work as it is completed, creating a consistent and accurate record of activity throughout the day.

NFC checkpoints and scanning technology are used to confirm presence and task completion at specific locations. This removes uncertainty and provides a clear, time stamped audit trail.

All of this information feeds into live dashboards, giving managers and customers a shared view of performance across the estate. This makes it easier to identify where support is needed and take action before issues escalate.

With a clearer view of service delivery, managers spend less time chasing updates and more time focusing on improving outcomes.
