Arcus FM joins public policy debate on what makes good employability support

This week, our social value partner Catch22 hosted the latest episode of their public policy podcast series: Catch22Minutes, featuring Lisa Jardim, Learning & Engagement Manager at Arcus FM and Elizabeth Taylor, CEO of the Employment Related Services Association.

Arcus FM was recently awarded Employer of the Year by the ERSA for its work with supporting young and disadvantaged job seekers eligible for the Catch22 scheme and the episode focused on youth employment issues – asking the question: ‘What makes good employability support?‘

The discussion highlighted examples of employability programmes we have implemented to support young people to get the skills and the confidence to enter today’s job market, as well as approaches to diversify our talent pool.
