Arcus FM retains SFMI gold award and strengthens sustainability performance
Arcus FM has retained its SFMI Gold Award following the latest assessment, reflecting continued progress across governance, social and environmental performance.
The 2025 SFMI assessment awarded Arcus an overall score of 84%, demonstrating year-on-year improvement and growing maturity in how sustainability is managed and embedded across the business. The assessment highlights strong performance in key areas including health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion, energy management and transport, supported by clear policies, leadership engagement and transparent reporting.
The scorecard recognises the progress Arcus has made in strengthening its approach to sustainability while continuing to grow and evolve as a business. In particular, it reflects improvements in social impact, colleague wellbeing and inclusion, alongside a consistent focus on environmental management and long-term planning.
The assessment also provides clear direction for the next stage of development, supporting Arcus’s ambition to continue moving from strong foundations towards greater integration and measurable impact across its operations and supply chain.
