This global health and safety industry standard underpins the Arcus FM framework – ensuring what we do reduces organisational and operational risk and meets a globally recognised standard.

Adopting a ‘blended approach’ to HSQE delivers the dual benefit of carrying out professional systematic audits both on site and remotely. By using video conferencing technology and cloud-based systems we have adapted to the ‘new normal’ rapidly and dynamically.

Working closely with the British Standards Institute (BSI), we tested our internal processes through extensive surveillance audits – ensuring we operate an effective and robust management system.
