How long have you been with Arcus FM?

Three years.

Tell us about your role.

I’m responsible for the day-to-day soft services operation of 19 Sainsbury’s stores with 19 in store cleaning managers. I provide them with support to develop their skills and help them deliver a great service.

I take pride in coaching and empowering individuals to enable them to fulfil their potential whilst ensuring that they make a positive contribution to the business. As a team, we work together to identify client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

How does your role help to make a difference to our clients?

I like to believe that my accomplishments are achieved mainly through determination and perseverance in reaching or exceeding my high standards for the client.

I think that sociability, combined with a solid work ethic can result in the setting of high performance standards in both myself and the others who work or interact with me.

What learning and development opportunities have you taken advantage of?

The learning and development opportunities given by Arcus helped me to gain a better understanding of my approach to activities, relationships, and decisions.



What’s the one thing you love most about working at Arcus FM?

Being among great people, listening to their stories and helping them develop their skills and self-confidence. After the training sessions with my team, I have great job satisfaction and know I made the right decision to join Arcus FM!
