Supporting our UK Armed Forces community
Throughout their career, veterans and reservists have developed a variety of transferable skills, qualities, and a wealth of knowledge, which can be brought into the civilian workplace.
At Arcus, we recognise the importance of supporting those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families and doing so is a central element of our Social Value strategy. To show our appreciation, we are paying tribute to all those in the Armed Forces Community this Armed Forces Day (25th June) and Reservists Day (22nd June) by #SalutingOurForces.
We are proud to be partnered with Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and to be a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant. In March 2022 we were delighted to receive the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), to mark the work we have done (and contune to develop) to be a Forces friendly employer and support both our Armed Forces and their families.

As part of the CTP, we have conducted several events to help build and strengthen our relationship with those transitioning from the Armed Forces and the wider Forces community.
