Arcus Project Services is a service that allows for a completely bespoke and integrated approach that delivers projects in a wide range of sectors. We work in partnership with our customers to deliver exceptional project management.
With our in-house range of expertise, we offer a comprehensive range of construction and refit works and provided tailored projects from refurbishments to grounds work and masonry.
We take a flexible approach to project management to deliver nationally and through our in-house team, our key supply partners and working programmes, we adapt an agile approach to suit client operational needs.
Our team of in-house experts act as your principal contractor to project manage and self-deliver projects of all sizes. We provide support and services for all required roles recognised under CDM Regulations 2015.
As part of our ongoing commitment to health and safety, all of our Project Managers and site managers hold Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificates and our Senior Project Managers hold National Examination Board in Occupational Health and Safety general and construction certificates, with regular training and development for all project colleagues to ensure knowledge is kept up to date.
By working with the Construction Industry Training Board, we are able to keep conversations open with colleagues to ensure we are always improving and thinking about health and safety.

As part of Arcus’s full facilities management service, we work closely with our partners to provide nationwide ground maintenance and commercial landscaping services to the outside of your estates.

At Arcus, we are a technology driven facilities management company that uses in-house developed technology to support our range of services that is delivered by our team of experts known as the SMaRT (Smarter Maintenance and Realtime Technology) Hub
