Simplified invoicing and accounting processes

Our team solves this for you. All invoices, from the wide range of suppliers, are centrally reconciled by your Managed Services team and presented to you in a simple to understand and approve format.

The Managed Services business is underpinned by our proprietary, in-house developed, CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system: clearVIEW. It has been built with user experience and ease of use in mind, from raising a work order for front line colleagues, to manipulating complex datasets in senior leader roles.
It provides complete transparency of your work orders, from inception right through to billing, with users able to control and audit all activity at every stage.
The system is customisable to each customer’s requirements and workflow, and can be integrated through APIs to feed the core systems that each customer has in place – ensuring that it enhances your working practices, rather than building a further barrier to information and action.
The tool includes a comprehensive compliance portal, built to SFG20 specifications. It provides certifications and documentation for each asset at the touch of a button, and also builds out a 52-week planner so customers can keep abreast of their compliance schedule for forecasting and tracking activities.
Furthermore, clearVIEW incorporates Power BI tool for extracting and reviewing data, enabling benchmarking of asset performance and spend, accrual spend analysis, asset information review, and job volume tracking across user-defined timeframes. This supports forecasting and budgeting so the customer can review their spend at any point throughout the year, with a unified view so that you’re seeing what your Account Manager and teams are seeing, leading to better, more informed, conversations.
