‘Technology Led, People Driven’ Facilities Management company Arcus FM celebrates 15 years of operations and delivering outstanding facilities management for its customers. Chris Green, Arcus Chief Executive Officer, reflects on that journey.
“Since our inception in 2009, we have enjoyed rapid and sustainable growth, and this this thanks to the unwavering support, hard work, and passion of our colleagues.
“We started small, as a managing agent, with a single self-delivery contract for our sole customer – and I’m delighted that some of our colleagues from those days are still with us today. It’s a testament to the culture we’ve developed.
“We’re a totally different proposition now, with over 1000 multi-skilled and specialist engineers on the road supporting a large and growing portfolio of customers; we’re increasingly known in the sector for our self-delivery capabilities, which are all underpinned by our focus on innovation and technology.
“But even through the growth – the culture, the ethos is still the same – and our values of ‘Do It Simply, Do It Well, Do It With Passion’ are as important to us now as they ever were.
“We have so many highlights from over the years; we have become an independent and sustainable business, have won multiple awards, and last year opened up our industry-leading National Training Centre in Stevenage for the benefit of our colleagues and our customers.”
“Our plans for the future continue to focus on our people and customers. We remain committed to driving innovation and technology, and contributing to the communities we serve.”
In celebration of its 15th anniversary, Arcus has released a video highlighting its journey.
