Arcus FM Chief Commercial Officer, Theresa Bell, recognised as Top 50 Workplace Leader

Theresa Bell, Chief Commercial Officer at Arcus FM, has been recognised as one of the Top 50 Workplace Leaders at The Workplace Event, celebrating her outstanding contributions to the facilities management (FM) industry.

With over two decades of experience spanning from contract catering to integrated services, Theresa Bell has seen and driven many changes within the sector. Since joining Arcus FM in 2021, Theresa has spearheaded transformative initiatives, driving both business growth and cultural change. 

Upon her arrival at Arcus, Theresa identified opportunities for revitalisation within the Business Development Department. Implementing her vision, she prioritised diversity, inclusivity, and a customer-centric ethos. Under Theresa’s guidance, the department evolved into a dynamic, high-performing team, driving rapid business growth and innovation. 

Recognising the industry’s historical gender disparity, Theresa has championed initiatives to empower women throughout her career; co-founding women’s networks, establishing mentoring schemes, and advocating for enhanced maternity benefits. Her unwavering dedication to inclusivity has inspired both colleagues at Arcus FM and industry stakeholders alike. 

Theresa’s influence extends far beyond Arcus FM, igniting transformative change industry-wide. Through her advocacy for better maternity benefits, flexible working arrangements, and recognition of success, she has played a pivotal role in shaping a more inclusive and equitable FM landscape.
